I know it's not for sale anymore, but some stores sell things that no one sells anymore. I missed out on trying it.

Coke has released a new drink called vault which tastes nearly identical just not as cool of a logo. you can still find cans and other stuff on ebay (wish I still had all the promo shirts and hats i one had) and of course there is savesurge.org I think food network had a segment on this recently. now the real key would be to find it at a fountain since surge was much better on tap then from a can.

No. It was replaced by VAULT. Same exact drink, new package and marketing.

No. They discontinued it several years ago, and caused an outrage. Thus, they made Vault, which is almost exactly like Surge. The label is not as cool though.
Surge has been discontinued by the Coca-Cola Company, however, there is a movement by Surge Fans to bring it back - check out http://savesurge.org and get the latest info on Surge.
