However, some people like to include the foods they eat as a part of their water intake- like eating lettuce, fruits, and things like tea and soup. I personally like to drink the water so I can keep track of how much I've had.

put water in a cup and drink it through your mouth you can sip it or drink it all at once. just repeat when you are thirsty.

I just spread it out throughout the day. I keep a tall coverd cup with a straw, and just sip on it. I drink a tall glass first thing in the morning, and about half an hour before each meal. I keep it handy at all times, and just keep on sipping it. I add a couple of slices of cucumber to my water to give it a light flavor and silky texture. I sometimes add fresh mint leaves, or a slice of fresh lemon or lime, or grapefruit. I drink more than the recommended amount, and it keeps my system flushed out. Make sure the water you are drinking is quality water. Tap water is full of chlorine and chemicals. If bottled water is labeled as "purified" or "enhanced" thats nothing more than commercially bottled tap water. Steam distilled or spring water is best.

Definitely not one after the other, spread it out throughout the day, and if you get thirsty, then go ahead, you can have more than 8 glasses.

don't drink 8 glasses of water all at once...drink it throughout the day..usually the 8 oz bottles of water count for 1 glass if I'm not mistaken...

Just be sure you drink it- yes, throughout the day, not all in one sitting- If you wait until you are thirsty you are likely already in an early stage of dehydration.

that 8 oz of water is so cliche. Dont worry about drinking exactly 8 glasses of water. just drink water when you are thirsty and that will be sufficient. dont force yourself to drink anything when you dont want it.

I've heard if you have water with your meals, like taking a bite and having a sip of water, it dilutes the nutrients a bit in your food, making them not as helpful, especially if you're eating a healthy diet For the nutrients.

It's better to have a glass an hour before and an hour after eating. The amount depends on you. If you are taller/bigger or if you're more active you need more water than someone who is shorter/smaller or more than someone that's not so active. 8 is the recommended, but I find that 3 or 4 glasses a day suits me just fine, and the days when I exercise I make sure to have an extra glass or two to keep me hydrated.

2 glasses in the early morning, 2 glasses 1/2 hour before breakfast, 2 glasses two hours after the lunch and two glasses with little whisky during two hours after sunset.
The last four glasses should be taken by sipping slowly over a long time. The first two glasses should be finished @ 5 minutes per glass in five gulps..

there's no "correct" way of drinking water. just drink water through out the day. plain water is boring and bland for me so i use the "4c tea 2 go" to add flavor. this way, i enjoy water more and will drink about 10 glasses of water a day....warning: when you get used to drinking 8 glasses of water a day, you will be rehydrated and will have "strong urges" to go the bathroom...
if you have issues with acne...the water will help cleanse your system and help clear the problemed skin.....you'll still have acne but not as bad as before

Depends on how much you like water. You could drinnk a glass with ever meal or every hour or you could space it out while drinking other things that what I do and it works.

drink a cup every 2 hours
or drink them lke this 4 cups in the morning when you wake up and then 4 before you go to bed
