Why are energy drinks like rockstar....?

just out of curiosity, why are drinks like rockstar and redbull not healthy for people? i've heard that these (generally speaking for all energy drinks- minus coffee, etc) can and will cause heart palpatations

They contain an extreme amount of caffine. Its like having five cups of coffee all at once.

there's a ton of caffeine in these drinks, and usually a lot of sugar as well.

They make me feel like I just did a couple lines and then I always want more.
