I'm just going to assume that you are asking ''is water or gatorade/powerade better for you''. Water is defenitley better for you. You should only drink sports drinks if you are doing more than an hour of intense workouts or sports, or if you are completley dehydrated. Sports drinks are intended to replace electrolytes that you lose from intense activities, so they are loaded with sugar and sodium, and not inteded to drink ''just because''. You need at least 2 liters of water a day to remain adequetly hydrated, so stick to water. Hope this helps :)

I'm going to assume there is a question here, and it is probably which will hydrate you better?

If so, power-type drinks have electrolytes that your body needs to stay hydrated, they usually have sodium in them, so they are good to drink when, or to keep you from being dehydrated, however, water works just as well.

Or if the question is do I like one better than the other, I would say I would rather have water.
