There is a great-tasting cold drink made here in South Korea. I don't know the name; it's found in many restaurants.
It tastes exactly like Cinnammon Tea.
I suggest you go to a nearby Korean Import Food Store and ask the people about this drink. Specifically, ask for the ingredients and preparation for this drink.
I recently tried the instant packet type of this tea; that was a disappointment.
Check out the food and drinks section in Borders bookstores - you can get books on cocktails and there are ones which are non-alcoholic - very cool!
