Answers:
id ont think you can get depressed from them. my dad drinks them alot and when he dont have them hes not as energiced so he feels more wore out bc hes use to having more energy.

No. It cannot 'create' depression.
However... Energy drinks contain for one, a ridiculous amount of sugar, and for two, a ton of caffeine. Much more than a regular soda. You get a 'sugar rush' (You're all hyped up for awhile). But then, you 'come down' (you feel like crap). This can work for any types of carbs. It mostly depends upon your body. Some people can live off those drinks and be fine. Some react like you are. It's like any other stimulant drug: If you go up, you have to come down. So no, you're not 'depressed'. But the drinks may be making you feel like crap.
If you think you really are depressed, then you probably were in the first place. Talk to your doctor about that one.

I would think the fall in blood glucose (sugar) can indeed make one feel sluggish and tired, and that can make one feel depressed.

I don't know about true Depression as in the Psychological Sense. But those drinks are loaded with Caffeine and Sugar. No magical formula to boost you up. They may claim some magical potion in it but it's just like jacking your kids up on Sugar and then watching them come off of the sugar high. Crash.
