Are the new 'Energy Drinks' dangerous?!

Question:

Are the new 'Energy Drinks' dangerous?

The energy drinks you can find EVERYWHERE, like 'RockStar' 'Monster' and others, are they dangerous to your health?

Answers:
They are packed with caffeine and sugar.

I take a "cell renewal" product that provides me with all day energy and doesn't make me jittery like caffeine can. It tastes like grape juice to me, and it is packed with anti oxidents, so it is good for you. Unfortunately, I can't provide you with the website because of Y!A guidelines, so if you would like more information you can e-mail me at KatsanisP@myagelesslife.com

I would think that if they were dangerous that the FDA would not allow them to be on the market...then again, we find out that lots of things are bad for us in some way or another. Don't worry about it...just live life and enjoy it!

I know they say there not good for younger kids...you also shouldnt drink too much of them.

Personally, I don't understand the 'energy drink' thing. Pure water, with the emphasis on pure, seems to sound the best to me. The 'energy' part should come from physical exertion on a daily basis. To answer your question I would say....
Yes, they are dangerous because they elude to a false sense of well being.

no worse than drinking coffee and soda all day...

I'm sure mosst of that energy comes from caffeine which can be dangerous if too much is consumed.

no i dont think they are dangerous, if you drink a lot youll get fat, thats all.
