Green tea - regular vs. decaffeinated?!

Question:

Green tea - regular vs. decaffeinated?

Answers:
I would go with regular because it is more natural. Also, even though green tea does have caffeine in it, it also has a chemical which calms you as well so you feel energetic but not jittery like you would with coffee. Now... if you're someone who is very sensitive to caffeine... to the point where you can't sleep at night if you've had any... well stick with the decaf.

are we talking decaf coffee? or decaf tea? because the tea with or without caffein is going to win evrey time.

Ohhh, I just tried green tea for the first time, and I love it!!!

I can't tell, because it doesn't TASTE any different to me. I'm not a person who drinks a beverage daily that contains caffeine so, I'm not sure what it does to your system. Caffeine or not, I don't seem to care. Whatever you got I guess. Just had an Arizona Green Tea this morning. Mmmmm.

i like both.
