Well Kool-Aid is colored sugar water that you can make at home and with my different flavors. So you know what goes into it when you make it.
Hawaiian Punch is put out by the same people who make Dr Pepper and 7-up which are actually owned by Cadberry-Schwapps the third leading soft drink manufacturer. It's suppose to have more fruit but it's make by a soft drink company.
I honestly like Kool-Aid better since it's easier to store before you drink it. Hehehe you can keep it in the package!
Hawaiian Punch, Kool-Aid is always WAY to sugary. Hawaiian Punch is basically the same, but it still has flavor.
