I LOVE whole milk. It's the one with the red
label.

yes, i drink a lot of milk, and it's ok with me...
it's great for our bones and body

yes, I drink a gallon a day

Yep, more milk is not a bad thing. It's good for the bones, skin, digestive tract, stomach, and more. It's just a tad filling for me but you go for it!!! Have a great day!!!

LOL... well, I don't think so. Milk is nasty. Try not drinking it for about 3 months and then try some then, you'll probably agree. Also, its not all that great because of the hormones, pesticides; etc. that the farmers are using. I haven't had milk in 4 years, and I feel fine.

I met a guy recently that won't touch any milk because of the way it's made. He was convinced that during processing milk is spun at a very high speed, and this breaks the molecules down to a super tiny size, a size that is too small for your body to handle properly, and essentially contaminates your body. Sorry I can't be more precise, but if you're interested I'm sure you could look into it on google ~ this 'problem' is not related to pasteurization, but pasteruization may be another thing to learn more about. Also drinking whole milk is fattening, and there are pesticides and hormones in commercially produced milk.

OMGWTF...what a dare-devil you are !!!!

I love soy milk... taste good. Whole milk, "the red label" as you refer to it has a lot of fat. You should not give it to your infants because of the bacteria in it. Also if you are on a reduced fat diet I don't recoment this.. stick to 2% or soy milk.. Soy gets expensive though.. The only red label I drink is from mr Johnny Walker

Milk is defiently not a good thing to chug. Any type can make you get sick. It all depends on how your system handles the intake. But usually chugging milk will make you get sick. Hopefully you dont!
