Why do you the coffee industry is flourishing today?
Before there was no Starbucks, its more on the cola wars. Then one by one, all the coffee and tea shops are mushrooming to a million. Why are they so popular?
Dont get me wrong but im a coffee addict too.

We get turned on as we discover REAL COFFEE as opposed to instant. As more people get introduced to it, more people get hooked and stay hooked.
Why go back leaves once you have discovered toilet paper?
btw. I make most my espresso at home nowadays. I think that is a growing trend too.
it has a commonality for the community-you can go sit down and talk in a nice atmosphere-and by making specialties they can charge more and make it worth their while-along with nice things to go with coffee -i get expresso a shot and add the trimmings-but when with company i get some of the specialties I do giltter art there and sit outside and sing softly about Jesus and amazing grace and hand out the art to those passing by and to interested employees and also when leaving to those around me that seem interested and gear bible verses to where they are in life & needs--i am like a icon-hero there-i spark them and sparkle them
