Answers:
water you can always add a flavoring to what you want unlike soda it has the same taste time and time again, water is also beneficial to your health, unlike soda with all the added sugar.

diet soda mmmmm.

I like both, but i think water is better for your health so i drink more water than soda.

water because it's better for you

I prefer water...........

Water with crushed ice, and a slice of lemon

water usually

water...cold and slushy...not frozen...yummmm

Water, no calories, carbs, etc. All natural, more the less. LOL

I am definately a non drinker of alcoholic beverages, and carbonation water isn't good for you, I do not drink straight water, I tend to have hot cocoa, tea, coffee or just plain ice chips. :)

Water

I don't drink soda only water, green tea or coca tea, occasionally homemade tropical fruit juices and once or twice a week (weekends) spanish coffee with steamed skim milk, a dash of cinnamon and agave nectar.

First of all, he's lying if he says he's only had water twice in his life.

Personally, I like water better, although will drink diet soda sometimes.

Water. I can't drink soda anymore because of caffeine and sugar. But I don't know how you'd classify it, I drink club soda. All the fizz just like soda, but water!

i prefer soda over water, but drink water because its much better for you!

Soda is good every once in a while but you need water. He should start drinking it.

i cant go anywhere without a bottle of water. i dont understand people who only drink soda...it just doesnt quench your thirst!

tell your brother-in-law that its unhealthy not drinking water. I would prefer water with no doubt just make sure its sanitary

Soda

I love water the best!!! The best thing about it is its the best thing you could drink....and anywhere you go theres always water to drink! :)

it is a fact that there is no soda in soda water.........but the amount of co2 is high........i dont prefer drinking soda neither drinking water......... i suggest you to drink the lemonade which is quite good for your health..........drink lots of water for better skin ............

It usually depends on my mood. I know a few people who hate water and when they play sports they just drink gadorade. I like water a lot, and soda is great too! So that is a hard one. So I say both. Its kind of funny that you say that since my best friend will not drink water either.

I prefer water.

For your reference and if you want to educate your brother-in-law about the importance of water and for maintaining good health:

A couple of approaches attempt to approximate water needs for the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate.

* Replacement approach. The average urine output for adults is 1.5 liters a day. You lose close to an additional liter of water a day through breathing, sweating and bowel movements. Food usually accounts for 20 percent of your total fluid intake, so if you consume 2 liters of water or other beverages a day (a little more than 8 cups) along with your normal diet, you will typically replace the lost fluids.

* Dietary recommendations. The Institute of Medicine advises that men consume roughly 3.0 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.

I prefer soda, but sometimes it doesn't quench my thirst. However, lately I've been drinking like three bottles of spring water a day, and my acne has cleared up considerably, as well as my healthy glow returning with as little sleep as i get.

water

Well, i used to be a soda person.
I'm out growing that and becoming more of a water person.

Although, i still love them.
