Does anyone know about vending machine beverages in Okinawa, Japan?!

Does anyone know about vending machine beverages in Okinawa, Japan?

We lived there about 10 yrs ago and used to get a coconut or pina colada flavored beverage out of the vending machines. It was non-alcoholic and was a pinkish milky color and we just loved it. We are wondering if anyone knows the name of it.

I don't know the name, but if you go to an asian market in your area and describe it, maybe they sell it. I love to buy the fun drinks they sell!
