Did you know that Pepsi has 41 grams of sugar?!

Question:

Did you know that Pepsi has 41 grams of sugar?

i read the nutrition table after recalling how much i love the smooth taste and when my eyes caught that number it widened lol, does coke have less/more?

Answers:
From what I've seen, most of the mainstream soft drinks (and even juices like Tropicana, etc.) have about the same amount of sugar. It's the diet versions that don't, but they taste nasty. It's funny how even drinks like the Lipton Green Tea has a lot of sugar too. I shouldn't really complain I guess since I'm sitting here with a cup of sweet iced tea, but I have a feeling that soft drinks use more processed ingredients. My sweet tea doesn't have high fructose corn syrup that's for sure. I think you can get used to diet drinks if you tried, but maybe you can check out the fruit flavored waters out there. Just don't deprive yourself of a Pepsi every now and again, but don't have one every day.
