I have about 5 sodas a day everyday?!

Question:

I have about 5 sodas a day everyday?

Answers:
Not good, dude. Not good.

It is better if you just drink water because the sodas are loaded with sugar. This will create problems for you with your weight.

Not such a good idea for your health

So? Do you have a question?

Switch to water, or sparkling flavored waters....

That much soda is so NOT good for ya.

That is really bad because if you didn't know, soda can take away(clean up) rust........I would recommend one a day if you have to drink any sodas

You are consuming 5 servings of sugar water essentially. Empty calories with no nutritional value which will lead to your gaining weight. Acidity created by the carbonation in these drinks will lead to the destruction of your tooth enamel, resulting in increased tooth decay, even if your drinks are sugar free. Not to mention possible levels of caffeine if you are drinking colas which can contribute to cirrhosis of the liver. If you exchange your entire soda consumption for pure water the health benefits would be substantial.

at this rate, think of them as pounds per week

If the sodas are caffeinated, you may be addicted. (Really!) If you get headaches on days when you don't have sodas, you need to cut it out. Stick with juice, milk, water or decaffeinated sodas. Good Luck!

That's not what they mean by 5 a day - it's 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day not 5 sodas a day :)

That is way too much, That is too much soda for a week.It can cause skin problems, and the acid is just not good. The sugar .......well please try and tone it down, you will be glad you did.
