It's easier to drink cause it doesn't BURN (not nearly as much carbonation/acid in it), it's not a dark soda, you don't have to transport the syrup or whatever with a biohazard sign on the truck & it won't clean a toilet after letting it sit in one for an hour.

When it comes to regular sodas, I'd go with Coke. For diet, I'd drink Coke Zero. Cherry-flavored pops, Cherry Coke, but Code Red is good, too. Lime-flavored pops, I'd drink Mountain Dew Baja Blast.

Coca Cola. Mountain Dew always tastes like its flat to me. The only Mountain Dew that I actually like is the Code Red.

I love Mountain Dew because it's high in caffiene to jump start my day only and it does'nt have all the fizz. It's the only pepsi product I'll consume. I use it when I have really long drives and need to stay alert. Like 20 hr drives it only takes a couple of 16 oz. bottles for me.
Mountain Dew! Coke has too much fizz and dries out my mouth. Carbonation is really bad for you, but I get none of the bad side effects of it from Dew. Plus, it tastes great! And the cans make good Christmas tree ornaments.
When I do want a cola, I have Pepsi, it's not as toxic tasting as Coke.
Mountain Dew will always be better than Coca Cola anyday!! ;-)
