Water frozen for millions of years inside glaciers is extremely pure, but I have to think that you could get the purest water in a lab through repeated filtration of contaminates.

how about water melted from glacier in the arctic?

H2O. Which is distilled water which tastes not so good. Drinking water as humans consume it always had various chemicals and minerals in it for taste and health reasons.
