Caffeine question... ???
I know this isn't the right category but no one answered the first time or it never posted...
How long will it be until my body gets rid of all the caffeine i've drank for years and years... Dr. has demanded for the to stay away from it...
Answers:
Caffiene exits the system pretty quickly, so if you just stop consuming it it'll be out of your body in no time. It doesn't build up in your system and hang out for years and years.
Be prepared for headaches when you go off caffiene, get some advil or something and take one in the morning or you'll have a headache by noon After about three weeks the headaches will stop.
I used to go off caffiene for about three months out of every year.
hi. it takes about two weeks of weaning yourself of it...i recommend you start drinking green tea for the next few weeks and so you won't get a headache. you will feel tired and possibly have a headache...but will be glad you stopped drinking the coffee...
caffein, being water soluable, should not be in your system any longer than 3days to a week and a half.
there are plenty of GREAT alternatives to caffein here are some to look up
L - Carcinate
Taurine
B - Vitamins
CQ10
Niacin can also help you to get pumped when in conjunction of the others... actually i think it might be a b vitamin
As long as it takes you to pee it out
