it says to put the powder into a 16.9 fl oz bottle. my water bottle is 500mL (1 pint 0.9 fl oz.). what will happen if i put th capri sun sport on the go packet into my water bottle? will it still taste okay? Or is the measurement close enough? helpppp!

OK. This is very simple: 1pint = 16oz.
So...if your water bottle is 1pint 0.9 fl oz., then your water bottle IS 16.9oz.
These packets (CapriSun, CrystalLite, etc.) are specifically designed for 1/2liter (that's the same as 500mL) bottles, which is what you've got.
The 16.9oz. measurement is for those who never learned the metric system.
Yeah it will be OK. I have done the same thing but i used two packs instead of just the one. it gives it a little sweet taste
