I drink tea. I try not to drink coffee even if I have an important exam early in the morning after I have studied all night. I've been told by the elders in my family that coffee is bad for my skin and overall health. I feel I have to listen to them--my grandparents lived to their 90's. I'm 27 years old now but still need to show my ID to get into a bar.

Tea, it's soo soothing. It brings my heart rate down. I can't say the same for coffee. W/tea there's such a variety, fruity, milky, earthy etc.. many cultures also have tea.
