What is the best way to transport frozen drinks?
I am making frozen (non-alcoholic) drinks for a baby shower. What is the best way to bring them to the party so that I don't have to bring my blender..... How far in advance can I safely make them?
Answers:
I have used a 1 gallon size coleman insulated coleman container like you use for camping. Worked great and although not very beautiful to look at you can dispense right from the spout. will keep frozen for quite some time so yo could make hours in advance.
When we make slush at Christmas time, we have ice cream pails we keep in the freezer. Then we use a warm ice cream scooper and scoop some into glasses, and add a little soda. We make the mix strong to be frozen, so when we add soda, it's not watered down. The ice cream pails last about a week...the slush never lasts longre than that to give a better answer! :)
Insulated thermos
Styrofoam container and dry ice
in one of those cooler box
Take the blender. They are going to separate even in a cooler
An ice chest or cooler is a great way to transport cold drinks.
put drink in a big container then put in ice chest
