How long?

No.

But putting Tupperware (or any plastic container) in the microwave can give you cancer due to the release of dioxins.

the sun heat rhe pastic bottle or you can check with doctor

i had one teacher say it was okay, as long as the cap was on securely.

anything can give you cancer now adays.

I hope not

my aunt has cancer and she said that leaving anything in a hot plastic container causes the cells to reawaken.

I HOPE NOT

It may not give you cancer, but it is certainly unhealthy to leave bottled water in a (hot) car for any amount of time. The heat will slowly break down the plastic, which will get into the water. The plastic used to make bottles for water is not the same as Tupperware or other plastics that are microwave safe.

why would it its just hot water
