How to naturally add a hint of sweetness to tea without sugar or honey?!

Question:

How to naturally add a hint of sweetness to tea without sugar or honey?

I don't want to make sweet tea and like the natural taste of tea. I had some tea at a bar a while back that had just a great taste and just a touch of sweetness. I wonder if was a specific brand of Orange/Pekoe tea they used that stands above the rest, the method of brewing, or if they added a bag of herbal somethings in the mix?

Answers:
Add a drop or two of vanilla. Delicious hot or iced.

Personally, I'd stick with a Ceylon tea or perhaps an Assam, if you can find them locally where you are. They're smoother than pekoe and not bitter at all, no matter how strong you like your tea.

Sweetie, ask them, not us. I use a small amount of the blue stuff myself.

Lemon

Corn Syrup ... JK

You can use fruit juice to sweeten your tea, especially concentrated juice. Some people like to stir it with cinnamon sticks to give it a slight sweetening and more flavor.

There's an artificial sweetener called stevia you can find in most health food stores. It's supposed to be very sweet and not affect your blood sugar. Or what you could do is try and drink tea plain and try to enjoy it's natural taste. It's very enlightening, plus you don't have to worry about sweeteners! good luck.

there are two natural sweeteners that you can try one is called Stevia and the other is called Xylitol they are both great in a cup of tea and they make it sweet with out adding regular sugar.
