It's everywhere.......
If you are talking about soda shop fountain drinks.......they are made by mixing a drink syrup and carbonated water. Every fast food joint in America has one.

But you probably mean the "real old-fashioned" soda place where you can get phosphates and the like.......
You don't say where you're at or I would have tried to find one in your neighborhood. A quick search of Yahoo! with "old-fashioned soda fountain" in the search box gave me a whole lot of hits (165,000 to be exact). A list of some of those finds is below........

I saw some around the corner at my local variety store, not many flavours, lemon-lime, cream soda, and grape.
When I was a kid back in the 1960-70's, we used to go to a place to pick it up by the case, they used to bring in draft Vernors from Detroit, we thats my father and I would go when they did, now I have to settle with cans or 2 litre bottles.
