Egg liquor?

I also watched My Girl, but what Yoo Rin gave to Gong Chan was not an egg liquor, but something without wine but is still effective when you are going to be sick. Yoo Rin didn't put any liqour in it. What are the things needed to make that solution and what are the procedures?
