Am i drinking too much tea?!

Question:

Am i drinking too much tea?

i usually have 4 to 6 cups a day (regulair tea). is it too much caffeine?

Answers:
Tea is ok in small amounts. However, in comparison to soda it is better to drink. The problem with drinking too much tea is that the tannin in the tea keeps you from absorbing iron properly. It is a big problem for women to absorb iron already, and the tea makes it harder. Try switching to green tea. I like to add a little honey to my green tea. It's better for you and helps you digest food faster.

Make it 2-3 cups a day perhaps...

Tricky, however drinking tea is also a culture, I don't think it's too much.

How much will harm you with caffeine?

I'd worry less about the CAFFEINE, and more about how your TEETH are turning brown.
I used to drink Iced tea in an insulated mug...it started out WHITE on the inside...I stopped drinking it when the mug's inside turned an icky yellow color!

I do not think that is too much, I usually have like 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day.

I think that it is too much tea. I normally drink 2 cups a day, three if I'm wiped out. I'm curious about the color of your teeth? Mine are stained from all the tea I've had over a 20 year period. You might want to cut it down to no more than three a day!
