Question:

What type of milk should i drink, im lactose intolerant?

Answers:
Soy milk. You can buy plain for use in cooking or cereal, but you can also buy flavored like chocolate, vanilla, ect.

coconut

soy or rice milk they come in different flavors and can find them in the dairy section and the health food section at your local grocery store

I am too. drink Lactaid milk that is 100% lactose free (it will say it on the carton, don't get the one that says 70% lactose free). You can also take a Lactaid pill with your first bite of a dairy product and it won't upset your stomach.

I feel your pain!

Soy is the the answer. If you are lucky you might be able to find " rice milk" as well.

Soy milk.

You don't need to drink milk at all. If you need milk for cooking or something, use soy milk. Don't let people make you think you need to drink milk. I've had this for 36 years and it doesn't hurt me. You need to get calcium and fat from other sources, but you can safely remove dairy entirely from your diet.

SILK soy milk... the best milk i have ever tasted. I dont think of it as a substitute. I think of it as an upgrade! Try it... but milk isnt a nessesary part of your diet. Milk is intended for nursing babies actually... just think about it

soy milk, corn milk, coconut milk.

oh my gosh! you should definately drink almond milk! it is awesome, the sweetened kind is anyways. I am not lactose intolerant but i love almond milk!!!!!!!1

Goats milk has no lactose in it, lactose is a soluable milk sugar protein, it reacts with certain people as a churning or can react with the stomach acids to cause cramping, nausea or in rare occasions, bowel disorders.

Goats milk, and the others made from grains or vegetables based product do not contain any lactic acid.

Silk soymilk
