Yes it is. It's just water with flavoring in it. Makes it taste better and there are no calories like in soda or other things. It's healthy and pretty much just water. So as far as I can tell it's the same thing.

I love the Crystal Light packages! No sugar needed, still 0 calories. Gives water a great taste. So I would say Yes! :)

Actually i have two different kind of crystal light that i put in my water and it taste great. It is so much better than just water alone. I have green tea flavored and strawberry. One of them boosts your energy too.

No, because there are chemicals in Crystal Light. The best thing to drink for anyone is water. Your body needs it. If you want flavoring, cut up a lemon and put it in your water. It gives it a little taste to make it easier, with no added calories or artificial sweeteners.

Crystal Light has 5 calories per serving. Drinking plain water is better because although Crystal Light is virtually calorie-free, and obviously better for you than soda, it still contains aritifical additives and artificial sweeteners. The whole point of drinking water is to flush and clean out your system.

Sorry to tell you but drinking Crystal Light is not a good alternative to drinking plain water. There are so many chemicals and dyes in the powder. Also the Phenylketonurics and the Aspartame used to sweeten these kinds of drinks are not really all that good for your body. Plain old regular water is best if you don't like it out of the tap buy bottled. If you still don't like it plain squeeze some lemon, lime, orange into the glass with the water it gives it a bit of flavor without all those nasty chemicals. Not that this has stopped me in anyway from drinking Crystal Light I do sometimes even though I know its not all that great.

I love crystal lite and its not bad for you, but nothings better than water, so you can def. drink crystal lite... but not all the time... drink some water too!

If you do not find drinking water by itself refreshing and cannot easily swallow it either ice cold or room temperature, then Crystal Light added to it is probably better than nothing at all or having soft-drinks or commercial fruit drinks.

Cola soft drinks are full of sugar and caffeine, as well as chemical dyes. Anything that can dissolve the calcium in an egg shell and clean copper pennies is probably not good for you!

Meanwhile, if you look at the fruit punches, fruit drinks and cocktails that they offer in the grocery store, most are all sugar and probably about 10% real juice.

So if you can't stomach water by itself, perhaps you can squeeze your own juice to get the vitamins and minerals, natural sugars, and more flavor than just water alone.

Just so you know, here are a few refreshing ingredients in Crystal Light On-The-Go Lemonade mix: citric acid, potassium citrate, maltodextrin, aspartame, magnesium oxide, contains less than 2% of natural flavor lemon juice solids, acesulfame potassium, artificial color, yellow 5 lake, BHT, contains phenylanine.

And regarding artificial sweeteners, take a look on the internet about the Aspartame debate and see if you think it is much better than natural sugar.

Yes and no... depends on you.. It is better than drinking soda. I find it a lot easier to drink water with the crystal light.

no because it contains aspartame which unlike sugar is toxic to the body and gets built up and doesnt leave your system like sugar does.
