i used the liquid version (in a dropper), and just felt weird after using it and had a headache, so I stopped using it and switched back to splenda. I might try the packets if I do see them in the store.
Not so far. I have found, however, that it sometimes gets hard in the packages which makes it difficult to dissolve.
My step=father accidentally ate almost 3 tablespoons and was very sick, but other than that, he loves it. But don't use too much, it can make you sick.
Where did you buy stevia in packets in the US?? Right now it is illegal as a articifial sweetener!!
