Question:

Is red bull really good for your metabolism?

The website says so. I would like to know if they have any legitimate research to back that up.

I meant SUGAR FREE red bull- sorry. I guess I should have explained it.

And NO, I would not jump off a bridge because someone told me to. That's why I am asking this question. I am never certain as to what is really legal to claim on a website. I'm assuming if red bull's website SAYS it's good for your metabolism, that there must be some study, somewhere that supports that. Whether or not the study is legitimate science is another story, but I'd still like to know what their "evidence" is, or if it's legal to make claims that are patently false.

No, Red bull is not a good source of metabolism enhancement. It has no traces of any metabolism enhancers or stabilizers. instead, it is full of complex sugars which can cause you to crash and your energy levels to deplete. It also known to cause dehydration in a number of people after a short period of time.

If I told you jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge wass good for your metabolism would you do that? Red Bull is a high carb energy drink designed and marketted as such. Its value to you and your metabolism is questionable. I recommend more research on your part. Start by emailing the the Red Bull people and challenge them to give you proof that its beneficial to your metabolism.

I wouldn't think so, it has a lot of sugar in it.

yes and no, caffeine in the mourning before aerobic exercise is good other than that no.

if you had half a brain, you would know that red bull, like other cr*ps in a can are manufactured by the anti-christ that wants to fatten, and kill americans

No, it's not good for your metabolism - and I also know a guy that drank 2-3 cans of Red Bull a day, and is now very, very sick, and is doing a lot of doctoring, right now. But, I will try not to preach too much, as I am "addicted" to low-carb Moster!! :)
