I drink Green Tea (Lipton) and a boxed green tea. I feel better than with soda pop. And you feel any better switching too?

ooops on my mispelling!
yes ,i drink green tea too and i try to find one without caffeine, and original one not the one in a bag ...it cleared my face and calmed me down..i thinks its awesome
I have and I love it! It quenches my thirst well too. I'm not a big pop drinker and I mostly drink water but when I need a change, I drink green tea. I love it. I do feel better too. Have you tried the iced green tea from Panera? It has a great papaya kick to it! YUM!
If you write healthiER, you don't need to write MORE before it.
Soda pop is not healthy, increases cellulite and adds garbage to your body.
Definitely yes. I watch my diet (even though I cook and eat like a crazy chef), and green tea not only helps you metabolize your meals but also provides you with the necessary melatonins to keep you balanced.
Green tea also has half the caffeine of regular coffee due to its light (or no) fermentation. I try to have at least 2 cups every afternoon, especially if I had a big lunch.
Yes I prefer Tea over pop.
I love my green tea that I drink. I also drink other teas like chai or chamomile. Ever since I have stopped drinking soda my body feels so much lighter than before. Eating healthy also helps with that too. Anytime I drink soda now it makes me feel sick and I can never understand how people can just drink it all the time. Even though I used to its so hard for me to understand after drinking tea and water only..
I have not tried Lipton's Green Tea, but most of the bottled green tea I've tried are too sweet. There are ones sold in Japan and Taiwan that contain no sweeteners and I like those better. Unfortunately my body does not feel more or less beautiful or healthy, I just know I am properly hydrated when I drink it and the aroma is very pleasant.
I know it's good for me, but why does it have to smell and taste like the odour of sweaty socks? I shudder every time I swallow it.
And sugar doesn't help the flavour at all.
Maybe someone will come up with a better way to process it, so it isn't so dreadful-tasting!
