Answers:
With some people it is not what they eat it is the act of doing it some times when people eat they swallow allot of air with the food.

Here are some herbs that can help.

Eating parsley with each meal will help you can grow the fresh stuff at home and eat some several times a day

Please note according to my herb book parsley contains essential oils one of them is apiole and these can stimulate uterine contractions so pregnant women should avoid eating large quantities of it but after the baby is born parsley can help tome the uterus and promote lactation

Also adding chives fresh ones are best can help reduce flatulence and does not have the same effect on the uterus

coriander can also help with flatulence
coriander tea for flatulence
pour one cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of crushed coriander seeds; steep for ten minutes
drink one cup when needed to dispel gas

Basil fresh is best and you can easily grow it in your home with the added benefit of keeping away flies and other flying insects

basil with its antispasmodic properties it is great for treating flatulence and stomach upset it also helps ease tension and induces sleep and helps with digestion

When making any tea you can add some fresh basil leaves to it or just eat it

Consult your physician, you have a problem.

.........don't eat Dairy or vegetables and don't eat anything like meat or eggs fast and make sure to drink alot.....and have a scape goat with you at all times

your fine.
dairy will give you gas so will alot of veggies.

So it was you that passed gas.....you might want to add some acidophiles into your diet....if that does not help you should consult your doctor....

some other causes for gas are:

You skip meals, especially breakfast.
You don't eat enough.
You eat to fast.
You don't have enough water during the day (8 glasses min.).
You have certain bacterias in you digestive system that cause this. If so, you will need to check it with your doctor. But in order to minimize it, drink a full glass of salty water with an empty stomach (slightly salty)

Bernman1 is right. You need some digestive enzymes. You can get them from the health food store, by eating homemade yogurt or ingesting saurkraut. If you have taken antibodics in the last few months, you have killed off all your good bacteria, resulting in excessive gas. Also be sure to eat only fresh food for a while. Canned and processed foods will leave you gassy too. Good luck!!

You may be swallowing air. Nervous habit.

Might want to check in with your doctor on that.

Try those Gas-X pills and then you may need to see a Dr. if it continues.Have you taken a good laxative to see what would happen afterwards?Just asking...hope it gets better....
