Is Redbull good for you?!

Question:

Is Redbull good for you?

I know this question has been put out there. I have been feeling a little sluggish and unable to focus. Whenever I drink a sugarless redbull, I get crazy focussed and I can do 6 hours of work straight. I'm just wondering, I don't drink coffee, but I drink about one redbull a day, is that good? What other kind of vitamins could I get the same effect from? I eat really well, rice, veggies, chicken etc. And I try to exercise everyday.

Answers:
It's the caffeine that's giving you the energy. One redbull a day isn't going to hospitalize you or anything, even though you may get a tolerance to the caffeine after awhile. Redbull doesn't even have the highest caffeine count of the energy drinks on the market right now. But I wouldn't call it healthy either, it's still soda.

You may want to try to find out what's causing the sluggishness and inability to focus. Boredom with work? Not enough sleep? If you can't think of anything you may want to see a doctor to make sure it's not something medical.

1 Redbull = 4-5 cups of coffee. The caffine will eventually burn you out until you have trouble sleeping.

no, it is not.

Redbull is good for a quick fix but you get a crash approximately one hour later. It's not good for your heart either. Doesn't it worry you that it warns a FULL GROWN ADULT to not take more than 1-2 per day?

maybe yes, or no

depends. is something with so much caffeine good? It would give you some energy, but then you will get tired out....

NOPE. you're gonna die.

Yes it is good for you. Its a energy drink.

Redbull is packed with caffeine and that's probably keeping you awake and "energized" Since you already eat well and exercise, you're in good shape!
