Unless you have a freezer capable of -70°C then you won't be able to make it at home. Good ice cream places usually send ice cream packaged with dry ice, so you might be able to buy it off them. If not, go to some industrial place that manufactures it.

Call the butcher shop & ask them

The hardest part is finding dry water. Once u do that u just freeze it.

DA STORE GOSH............................. IRELAND PEOPLES THESE DAYS!!!!!

Go to a grocery store, I'm sure you can find some there.

ebay !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember when I was a kid the ice cream trucks all used dry ice. Now you can probably find it at many liquor stores. You can make it by emptying a CO2 fire extinguisher into a pillow case.

I don't know about Ireland but here in the states, it can be bought at any grocery store in a special cooler, not where the ice is because it needs to be treated differently than the other and protected. Good luck.

I've seen it at some grocery stores. Look in the phone book you should be able to find some.
