Phosphoric acid?

I heard that this acid is in soda and it takes around 34 glasses of water to get rid of it in your stomach? whats this whole deal?

Don't know about the water figure, but it IS in dark sodas and it seems to eat your bones...see the health section in the wikipedia article....

I don't know about the water but the acid in soda is strong. My chemistry professor told us you could leave a piece of steak in some soda overnight and it would dissolve. And yet he still drank a soda everytime he lectured.
