Why do people like non alcoholic drink?

If you mean something like a "virgin mary" or a "virgin daiquiri", some people grow out of wanting the eventual buzz that comes with alcohol, some people can't handle the buzz and don't know when to stop so they just don't start, others simply like the taste better.
People like stuff that tastes good. Once it tastes good, people will drink it (lol). There is also a lot of other reasons. Personality reasons, health reasons, spiritual reasons...countless reasons!
Lol because you can't drink ONLY alcoholic stuff, some never drink because of health/religious reasons and others just don't like it!
because a lot of it tastes really good (fresh brewed coffee or tea, fresh fruit juice), and because nobody likes to be hungover all the time. Liver disease and DUIs are also a factor.
