Does drinking distilled water really cleanse out your toxins in your body?!

Question:

Does drinking distilled water really cleanse out your toxins in your body?

Answers:
Distilled water is no better than regular drinking water, but it taste nasty.

I don't know what a "toxin" is. Your kidneys and liver are constantly busy removing poisonous substances from your blood. Drinking lots of water helps them get the job done more effectively. There's nothing special about distilled water when it comes to human consumption, other than it's completely flat and tastes like nothing.

any kind of water is healthy. drink lots of it.

yes it does

You should be very careful about the amount of distilled water you drink as it is bereft of any of the naturally occuring minerals in plain old tap water and these mineral elements are essential to a healthy body. If you do want to get rid of toxins, ordinary water will be fine with you drinking 6 to 10 glasses a day, you can also get kidney teas from the health shop that will have a diuretic effect (ie make you pee) and in turn will increase you water intake in turn flushing out your kidneys removing any toxins there.

distilled or regular water help cleanse toxins that is why you should try to have 8 cups of water daily.
