Green tea is full of antioxidants (white tea even better for this). It has a bunch of nutritional properties which help the body fight off free radicals that cause disease.

I never used to drink tea now I have a cup every morning at work, usually green tea and at night after dinner I have a chamomile or thilo tea. Tea over all is full with anti oxidants and depending on the type component you can get many other benefits like a good night sleep, healthier digestive track etc. etc.

Anti-oxidents, mild stimulant and you think you;re doing something extra special for yourself. That's about it.

It has a LOT less caffiene than the average cup of tea and also contains all sorts of good bacteria and antioxidants, some of which can also be found in most fruit teas!
This is a much better option than normal tea or coffee.

green tea is wonderful !, the chinese drink it for digestion, but it is in most weight loss herbal tablets because of its weight loss qualities. It speeds metabulism, clears out impurities from liver and kidneys, what a wonderful calming tea ( providing it isnt too strong it is very bitter)

it has a lot of anti-oxidants and the main influence is that it's anti-cancer too
keep up the good job!

I am one of the few who does not like green tea. It upsets my stomach. So I don't drink it in spite of all the good things it's supposed to do. However, I just read an article that says green tea is very bad for rheumatoid arthritics (which I am) and that it may even cause the disease. Have any of you heard this?
