Do Americans use the term "double double" for coffee?!

Question:

Do Americans use the term "double double" for coffee?

Here in Canada we call a coffee with two sugars and two creams a "double double." I seem to remember hearing somewhere that the slang was only used here, and not in the states, but I need to need to know for sure. Thanks!

Hah, I love that question. I say it, and most likely always will. I was born here in Pa. USA, lived up in Oh Canada for 27yrs (loved it by the way), now I am back home...I say eh? too. But I get questioned every single time I say it. I have to explain what I mean each and every time.
