Hope this helps!

Sugar-free is sugar free Sparky.

Just how dumb is dumb?

100% sugar free. Sugar is typically replaced with an artificial sweetener.
Some drinks state low sugar or no sugar added. These drinks can still have a fair amount of sugar in them.

Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi are all OK for diabetics so they are acceptably sugar free.

I know a diabetic who drinks all 4, so I would conclude that anything called "diet" would be acceptable
