Question:

I drink atleast half litre pepsi a day..will it cause problem???

sometimes i dont even drink water after my food...i drink only pepsi.....

Answers:
Yep, it can cause diabetes which can lead to a whole lot of bad stuff: loosing a foot, blindness and death.

Pepsi and Coke are great sometimes, but if you are drinking it like that daily, you are facing a bad time ahead. One of my closest friends drank Coke like that and was diagnosed with diabetes at 37 years old.

It also causes other problems. The corn syrup also blocks signals to your brain telling you when you are full when you eat, which leads to over eating.

The easiest way for people to loose weight is to cut out all soft drinks and drink water. Trust me.

Kidney failure, gout, decalcification and cavities...

of course you're bound to have problems/diseases in the future if you carry on doing that every single day!!!

osteoporosis since the carbonic acid is breaking down your bones. heart diseases of any kind and cancers due to the excessive sugars you're dumping in your body. lack of minerals and vitamins because the caffeine depletes your body of that. diabetes too, and much more...

i sincerely hope you're on a look-out for a healthy substitute for pepsi. btw sweeteners aren't the answer, they're just chemicals in place of sugars--eg, splenda, aspartame, nutrisweet, etc.

can't believe how you neglect your body proper care... :S

Cavities, so brush often, and possibly a urinary tract infection, so make sure you also drink lots of water and a little cranberry juice wouldn't hurt either.

you need to drink more water and milk pepsi is fine but in smaller amounets because of the caffine and sugar that can cause many health problems
