I have always taken the Centrum brand of Multi-Vitamins because it is the easiest on my stomach,and it doesn't cause stomach upset like alot of other brands of vitamins do!! ;-)

If you can find a salesperson in your area, Shaklee is one of the best brands of vitamins and supplements around. Their vitamins are designed to dissolve faster in the stomach, and are designed to be absorbed more easily than many others. There are several brands of premium vitamins available that do this, but this is the one I know about. They do cost a little more, of course, and are well worth the extra price.
