Is 5 or 6 cups of tea per day too much?!

Question:

Is 5 or 6 cups of tea per day too much?

Answers:
That's probably okay.

For the raditor in you auto...!!

If the caffine does not enterupt you sleep, and your Blood Pressure is ok, should be fine

It's pretty normal in England and Ireland. US is more coffee oriented but tea has more health benefits. Just make certain that the toilet isn't too far as it's also a diruetic.

I don't think it would be any different than sitting around drinking sodas all day.I do know that tea robs your body of iron and can make your iron level low and make you feel tired.

My goodness! You certanily are a tea hog! You're going to get drunk with tea and start sweating it. Lay off, drink some water.

Tea is made of water and I think if you're thirsty then drink. At least you're not drinking alcohol.

Um, too much of any one thing can be bad. lol. are we talking regular tea or decaf? I can only imagine how hyped-up you'd be on that much regular tea. But, with all the latest studies in tea, I'd say drink up--supposedly the antioxidants in tea are really good for us.

That is fine. Actually tea has less caffine than coffee and some teas have no caffine.

If it's decaf no, otherwise yes.
