Big Train is one of the top four company in making premixes for blended drinks. Their Vanilla Latte is one of their top premix but I have not heard of 'brain freeze'
Brain freeze is the effect pf drinking ice-blended drinks too fast. To avoid this, drink ice-blended drinks at a reasonable pace.

I found Big Train's website, but could not find a recipie anywhere for the drink you mention (under either name)...sorry.
Brain Freeze is apparently also a popular alcoholic drink, and there were many recipes for that...but not for a coffee drink.
