"Water with gas" or "carbonated water"?!

Question:

"Water with gas" or "carbonated water"?

What do you call the bottled water that makes bubbles? Sot of like soda or pop

Answers:
Carbonated water, also known as soda water, sparkling water, fizzy water, club soda, or seltzer water, is plain water into which carbon dioxide gas has been dissolved. It should be noted that tonic water has Quinine added to it. Also, mineral water is often carbonated but rarely is just plain water.

My grandpa use to make seltzer water with a home made device by taking water from the faucet and injecting CO2 from a tiny metal cartridge.
