Ok I need help with my diet and Crystal Light?!

Question:

Ok I need help with my diet and Crystal Light?

Well I am cutting my cal intake and I was wondering if I drank the 5 cal Crystal Light packet in a 9 oz Water bottle will I lose weight or is there a secret that makes you fat please help.

Answers:
a packet of crystal light will have the same calories whether its in a 9oz bottle or a 16oz bottle...the calories are in the powder, not the fluid.
obesity is related partly to high sugar intakes, so a sugarless drink like crystal light is ok...just count the calories in crystal light & incorporate that into your dietary needs (bear in mind there are 2 serving per packet/per 16oz, so it's 10calories, not 5).
Also, drink it ICE COLD, because your body has to burn more calories to warm the water to your regulated body temp, so it gets your metabolism going the tiniest bit faster!

If the crystal light calories really bother you (it's only 10 calories though),buy the generic ones, like albertsons brand...those are 0 calories... I drink those & I totalled about 3 liters of fluid a day, and I lost a pound by upping my water & drinking the calorie-free crystal light! Yay!!!

Best of luck! The best secret is to drink lotsa' H2O & move ya' body! :o)

I heard that artificial sweeteners are worse than sugar as far as fattening, the sweeteners are meant for people with diabetes who can't have sugar but they have been used to claim that a drink is sugar free, in reality the artificial is worse than real sugar.

Artificial sugars are even harder for you body to digest because they are man made. Aspartame is know to cause a chemical reaction in your body forming formaldehyde, which is embalming fluid and is then stored in your liver. It's really bad for you and will make you gain weight rather than lose. You're better off drinking lots of water, it will help suppress your appetite and just try to eat more fruits and vegetables instead of other high calorie snack foods.

The whole trick it that it's calorie count is so low that it burns off with you doing practically nothing.
