Whats a good Non-alcoholic beverage for a wedding ?!

Question:

Whats a good Non-alcoholic beverage for a wedding ?

I am having a non alcoholic reception for my wedding due to the fact that my fiance is recovering and so is my father. I am trying to find something that would be nice to have just for the toast. I am having only 85 people and am estimating 12-16 bottles. I want something that is nice but inexspensive ( NOT CHEAP!!!) if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it!

Answers:
i love sparkling grape juice or apple cider. it gives the feel of wine but it's not intoxicating and it's yummy.

theres sparkling grape juice.. it looks like champagne, but doesnt taste like it.. :D

Well what i did on valentines day for my family was that i made these pina coladas but without the rum.......the substitution for the rum was just plain ice.when you bring out the blender fill the blender a little below half way with ice and add desired amount of pina colada mixture( what i used was "Master Of Mixes: Pina Colada).........we ended up drinking all of it and went to buy another bottle.....which was a fair price.....hope i`ve been of some assistance

We also had a non-alcoholic wedding reception. We chose a sparkling apple punch. Apple juice concentrate, 7up, slices of orange and lemon.

But if you want something in bottles go with sparkling cider. I decided against it because I didn't want to give anyone the illusion that there was alcohol.

Appletise (apple juice, sparkling water.....thats it!!)
or
Schloer (my families favourite)

Have bottles of sparkling cider, and then big bowls of punch. People can get soda or water if they want still, but you'll have those available.

The trick with non-alcoholic drinks is to pass on 'pretend' alcohol (sprakling juice), because it just emphasizes alcohol's abcense.

To make it classy and cut down on spillage, rent a punch fountain instead of having a punch bowl. If you do, make sure you have low-pulp or no-pulp punch.

Italian sodas are classy and cheap. You can even get sugar-free syrups if anyone's on a diet or diabetic.

Rosewater Lemonade is super yummy, and also fairly cheap to make.

my parents used to be wedding caterers - they made this punch:
(1) 1/2 gallon lime sherbert
(1) of the big cans of pineapple juice (not sure how many oz it is)
(1) 2 liter of 7 up (or sprite)

its very yummy, i make it for myself sometimes just to drink at home!

Yea I would by pass the sparking ciders and grape juice. I would just go with some nice sparkling waters.
