12oz capp: 80 calories
16oz latte: 160 calories
16oz capp: 100calories
20oz latte: 230 calories
20oz capp:160calories
that's not including the flavored syrups, which add about 80calories per tablespoon. If you get sugar free syrup, there's no calories at all! I love mine with sugarfree white chocolate & sugar free Kahlua (White Russian) It's soo good!
