Starbucks baristas - how to make an iced vanilla caramel latte?!

Question:

Starbucks baristas - how to make an iced vanilla caramel latte?

I'd like to learn to make non-fat, sugar-free iced vanilla caramel lattes at home. I love the Starbucks kind, but they get expensive!

I'm hoping you can tell me how you do it, from steaming the milk, to the amount of sugar-free Torani syrup you use. I'd like to make it as close to the Starbucks variety as possible.

Answers:
For an iced vanilla carmel latte--first....

draw the shots of espresso....

put 3,4.or 5 pumps of vanilla and carmel in bottom of cup.

pour shots into glass

pour COLD milk into cup.....you don't steam milk for cold drinks.... ;-)

tadaaaaaaaa....you made a coffee!

Enjoy!

If you are making iced drinks, do not steam the milk. It is pointless (and kind of gross when you think about it.) The next time you order a drink, just watch your barista carefully as they make it. Keep in mind that 1 pump is usually equal to 0.5 oz.
