I know that the drink is banned because of the name and that the company said they would change the name. So does anyone know what the new name is yet?

It was not banned but the company has announced it is voluntarily withdrawing it after being threatened with lawsuits for misleading labeling and advertising. Such PC silliness!
Who would confuse it with the real stuff? Anyway, as of earlier today a new name had not been announced.
